Rathke’s cleft cyst mimiking pituitary apoplexy: a case report

Introduction: The most common sellar lesions are mainly due to pituitary adenomas, craniopharyngiomas and benign cysts. Rathke’s cleft cyst (RCC) is a developmental sellar or suprasellar cystic lesion, which rarely becomes symptomatic.
